The inspiration for Noa Noa’s Spring collection 2010 is decidedly French. Four main themes come together to form one and make up the spring collection.

Parisienne A throwback to Paris of the 1940s with its charming city atmosphere and cosy coffee bars. Women dress in romantic fashion featuring stripes, dots and small floral prints. Ruffles and cloth-covered buttons come face to face with cotton shirts, cuffs and gentlemen’s scarves. This provides a look that contrasts the feminine and the masculine rooted in the Bohemian style.

Art and Archaeology impart a sense of artistry and history to this collection. Decorative hand-painted flowers inspired by Monet are to be found on prints together with map-inspired motifs. Blue and mauve shades dominate. Be prepared for artistic dresses abound with fine details.

A private conversation with… … Grace Kelly. Who would say no to that? Simple styles in soft mild colours and beautiful cuts characterise this part of the collection. This theme is all about discreet styling without too many frills, but nonetheless with a focus on elegant details, flowers, decorative feathers and jewellery. The materials are silk and chiffon, in particular.

Power of Happiness This is the collection's ethnic flavour. An abundance of colours and surprising details. Cross-mixing is allowed – green, blue, mauve and a dash of orange. Embroidery, flowers and smock details all play their part in defining the look. The style is relaxed, but also colourful and absolutely feminine. Pure womanliness and joy.

Let your imagination run wild and mix the best of the four themes. Amusez-vous bien!
