Monique Koopman is aangesteld als Managing Director bij Promiss. Promiss maakt deel uit van de Etam Groep. De keten heeft circa 65 damesmodewinkels in heel Nederland.

Monique Koopman is afkomstig van Perry Sport waar zij Chief Commercial Officer was. Voordat zij in 1994 bij Perry Sport begon was Koopman in verschillende commerciële functies werkzaam bij zowel Nederlandse als buitenlandse modeconcerns.
